Two independent businesses working together to put Fen Ditton on the map
Fen Ditton is easily reached from Cambridge – a familiar riverside path for runners, rowers, and cyclists, many of whom scarcely venture beyond the river. But if they knew there was a contemporary art gallery with an exciting programme of exhibitions and events, showing renowned artists and makers, and a restaurant that the Michelin Guide describes as “…a cosy, intimate space, [with] flavours [that] are punchy and rich, ingredients are in their prime and touches of creativity too”, they might think twice about turning around at the Fen Ditton church.

That’s why two independently run Fen Ditton businesses have teamed up this Autumn to invite you to discover the wonders of the village on Thursday afternoons. Come and see the spectacular exhibitions at Fen Ditton Gallery, before enjoying a delicious, relaxed lunch at MJP @ The Shepherds. Visitors to both venues will receive a complimentary glass of wine with their lunch too.

The gallery and restaurant have been working together over the past few years with Fen Ditton Gallery providing a rotating exhibition of artworks for diners to enjoy. Mark and the team at MJP @ The Shepherds will also be collaborating with Fen Ditton Gallery and Cambridge Wine Merchants on their successful ‘art and wine’ events, the next of which takes place on the 7th December.
